On our second February show, we feature Dr. Byron Lam of the University of Miami Bascom Palmer Eye Institute discussing how the DHDDS gene is involved with the development of retinitis pigmentosa.
We also feature the University of Kentucky College of Medicine's Dr. Jayakrishna Ambati explaining how the DICER1 gene could affect the development of age-related macular degeneration.
